Pixmania help

hi,

A few hours ago I placed an order on pixmania for 6 PC components. I paid 430 euro through my Laser card. I've been visiting the track order section ever since and it's still saying Customer Service needs to validate my account...

How long does it usually take? Cause I paid 43 euro extra for the FedEX express delivery and if it takes days to validate that's quite useless...

Also I heard people have had to send them legal documents in the past? What's that all about? and do they still wait to confirm your order until you phone them? I got an email and it never said any of the such things. At the bottom of the email it says "Soon you'll receive an email of your items being dispatched"

I'm just a bit worried because I really don't know how to deal with online hassle... this is my 2nd time buying off the web, and my first time was through ebay.
