Galway: Looking for musicians for album + touring next year

Hello
I'm a professional singer and songwriter looking for additional musicians for my upcoming studio recording, as well as for my touring band. Almost all original songs which vary in style for album, couple of covers for tour probably.

The album is to be recorded later this year, (likely in Galway City or the NorthWest). I already have some great experienced Irish musicians already on board, but am still looking at more folks for: keys, bass (for studio/album) and keys, bass, drums (for touring band).

I am already gigging on a smaller scale with a pared down version (solo and duet).
I intend to be touring with band, beginning early next year, hopefully with the boost from the album release - Ireland/UK.
Multi-instrumentalists and ability to sing harmonies a plus! Open to other instruments as well.

I've a couple of really basic demo/mock ups and more info on myspaceto give you an idea.

I'm based in Galway, so rehearsals are likely going to be here, but that isn't an absolute.

Age not really an issue, but I am over 25 myself

If you're interested, shoot me a pm and tell me about you and your music/styles etc, links would be great. We can of course chat more then.

Thanks a mill! - Niceol Blue

Thanks for the replies and myspace messages. If you have links to you playing the instrument you mention in the message, that would be more helpful - cheers!

Thanks for your links, some great stuff! Please keep them coming.
I'll be looking for a 2nd lead guitar player now too, just to throw that in the mix

Thanks sarah_anne

I'm sorted for backing vocals with one of the current musicians, but will post on here if that changes at all.

Keep the messages coming, I'm still getting back to folks and meeting some people this week. Thanks a million!
