Fix for blurry photo

Is there anything i can do to fix a blurry photograph in photoshop... ive tried 'sharpen' but it hasnt helped much.....

Depends on how blurry. Very minor blur then you may be able to produce something that is acceptable, moderate to major blur then nope / not gonna happen.

If you care to post, people can give you an opinion.

Sometimes motion blur can be an interesting aesthetic. All depends on the photograph though.
