UPC - Wont connect to IE but will connect to Chrome

Hi,

Just got UPC installed yesterday and Internet Explorer wont work but Chrome will, any ideas?

Tried turning off firewall but still didn't work.

in ie click file and make sure work offline hasnt got a tick beside it

Make sure your LAN Proxy settings are in order (usually empty). Also, make sure that in the list of connections there isn't anything. Nothing is needed if you just use a LAN or WLAN (Wi-Fi) connection through a router.
