missing channelson shy plus HD
skyplus was installed in the house i live in, it was an account held by another person. That person has since moved out, and took the sky plus account to a new address.
I got sky plus HD installed since in my own name. there were a few teething problems with the card but all that was sorted. last night i was flicking and noticed that i was missing all the music channels from 350 up about 370-ish. (incl mtv) but i remember that these channels were included in the skyplus package that i used to have access to. theres a message on that screen that i can view them if i get the music package. but these werent part of a music package before - they were part of the basic package... how can they do this? not a happy camper. |

Hi, All music channels are part of the Music pack..some of them are indeed broadcasting Free-To-Air. If you say that you have included this in your contract your best bet is to give Sky a call and enquire about it..and if it is a mistake on their behalf they will put it on for you straight away.

They changed the package set up in 2005. I cancelled my Sky sub in 2005 due to moving house but when I subscribed again 3 months later I hadn't got the music channels anymore. There was another set of channels missing - I think it was the "lifestyle" pack.
AFAIK, the cost to upgrade to the music channels is only €2 |
