The Golden Blasters
The First National Irish Science Fiction film awards, the Golden Blasters, will be held at Octocon 2009, in the Camden Court Hotel, Camden St., Dublin, on the 10th and 11th of October.
Open to short films in the science fiction, horror, and fantasy genres, the festival is being organized by Irish film-maker and Octocon guest John Vaughan. Several of the films have already been announced over at our site, and you can follow developments on our twitter and facebook.
