Rehearsal space available in city centre

Howdy folks...
I have a slot open for a weekly rehearsal space in Dublin city centre.
I have a good PA and mics that can be used (not abused!)
There's a 4 piece kit, a bass amp and two 4x12 Marshall cabs (you'll need to bring amp heads!)
