I'm very interested in music, but mainly music from other countries is what really peaks my interest. Slow tunes from Japan, pop from India and merry little songs from Russia. You'll find some great music on youtube from old Russian kids cartoons, all animated and normally very upbeat. Song done by an artist called Nujabes from Japan. He specializes in slow jazzy tunes and I definitely recommend a listen. This is a really catchy tune from a kids show in Russia, it will give you a taste of how brilliant the music (and unique the animation) is from there. If you are really into fashion, and more accurately fashion diary highly urge you to take a look at this site. http://www.thecherryblossomgirl.com/She's a French fashion designer from Paris who love love loves taking photos of her outfits and what she finds interesting in the world around her. I only found it a few days ago, but I'm already hooked and going through all her old entries looking for her photos! I love the ways she captures 'em. If you are into that, or if you'd rather more of a community kind of fashion thing go to Black Cigarette. http://community.livejournal.com/blackcigarette I also regularly check the author Neil Gaiman's Blog (or Journal) and also check Amanda Palmer's one as well. And no, I was checking both of them way before I knew they were going out together. If it wasn't happening now, they were going to end up together eventually. Those who blog forever, stay together. Little Boots' blog is very great aswell. http://harkavagrant.com/ Historical comics are kewl. So are these ones over at http://wondermark.com/. ![]() Omg how kewl. And for those who like PostSecret here is a daily pixel version. http://community.livejournal.com/ljsecret/ Ok, nearly finished! http://www.terribleyelloweyes.com/Various artists showing their interpretations/ fan arts of the kids book Where The Wild Things Are. http://joesnyc.streetnine.com/Daily photos of New York by one man. http://www.notcot.org/Great site that sends links of great ideas. Yeah, I think that's a smidgen of my interests.

I remember when this thread first opened I absolutely loved it and meant to reply to it, but then I just forgot. So I'm bumping it so more people can reply!
So yeah, what I find interesting i at the moment is House! I absolutely adore this show. I'm halfway through season 2 now. Also, 4od, it's excellent for watching Skins and How I met Your Mother ![]() I've also recently really gotten into Shakespeare. It's tricky reading his stuff on my own, I'm used to having my teacher pretty much translate it for me, but I've been ploughing through it

I've just spent roughly four hours going through all these links and going to other sites from them.
Thanks for sharing. ![]() Here's a site that tries to answer some often baffling questions its readers send in. Enjoy. http://www.straightdope.com/ |

Here's something I find incredibly interesting. A guy with locked-in syndrome answering people's questions very honestly and frankly. Fascinating, and very endearing... |
