It's official - squat makes you live longer!

Ok, not quite, but apparently people with bigger thighs are less likely to have diabetes and heart diseases:

Now I have a valid reason to tell me people not to do just curls and bench press.

I have naturally big thighs always have, even though i was a small kid my legs were like tree trunks.
