Whats the Max speed RAM I can put into this Motherboard M2N-E SLI

I got an Asus M2N-E SLI Motherboard and at the moment i want to increase the amount of RAM in the machine at the monment there is
2 X 1GB of PC5400 -SDRAM PC2-5300 (333 MHz) - [DDR2-666]
Part Number : OCZ26671024ELGEGXT

I would like to upgrade it up to 4 GB either by getting another
2 X 1GB or 2 X 2GB

Any one know the speed i could put into the machine
PC-?????

If you look under the memory section it lists the max speed as 800Mhz

There are another few places but my brain is still asleep and i cant think of them at the min. Just price up the ram you want on all the sites and see which is cheapest. But dont forget to check shipping prices too.

What the best way to OC the RAM saftyly
