Can anyone tell me...

The number you ring to top enter credit on a 3 mobile.

It says dial 444 but when I do all I get back is, "the number you have called is not recognised".

It's damn annoying.

Dial 1744 instead (according to the 3 website).

I think the 444 thing was taken away from 3 along with the 333 code because they hadn't used a proper standard or something - but someone else can probably confirm this for you.

The voucher probably bought from a third party like Alphra or something in a newsagent? They probably just haven't bothered updating their systems then.

Would probably drop them an email though yah
