Hi,

A friend bought a new laptop and so gave me his old one, with one problem the motherboard is broken and the HDD is missing. I have no problem replacing the parts myself, just where to find the best ones to suit I'm having trouble with.

Is there an area here (or website) that can point me in the right direction to find out exactly what type of motherboard / HDD can be installed into the laptop?
