Training log sub forum for fitness?

I was over at the athletics/running/triathlon page and I noticed that they had a sub forum called training logs. Basically, it's a blog that people update about their running times, training etc. And it allows other users to read the logs and to leave comments.

So how about a training log for the fitness forum?. Whoever creates the blog might talk about their weight, what they hope to lose. Or they might talk about how they've changed their diet over a certain period and how it affected them.

Or even ssomebody may create a training log on weightlifting and how it affects them.

Whenver I read training logs of people in my situation, I feel motivated to continue getting fit

So would it be a good idea?

Ugh.. . . . . .

You don't know how stupid I feel right now for making that post. It was late and I didn't even spot it!

I'll get my coat and leave immediately.
