differences between MCAT and GAMSAT

does anyone know the differences, as far as i have seen, i think the MCAT is more detailed in the science section, i want to do my GAMSAT next year in UK or else 2011 in ireland and apply for a 2012 place, so i wanted to ask, i already have alot of MCAT notes (from a cousin in america), is it ok if i learn from them and just order some of the GAMSAT papers/notes? or will i be wasting my time studying the MCAT stuff?
