Unexplanable growths..

hi, im new to this so i'm hoping this is in the right place.. have a medical query that im hopin someone can help me with. my 9 year old niece is after been to numerous doctors including crumlin childrens hospital and to no avail. She has unexplained symmetrical growths/ lesions on her body, i.e. on the sole(arch area, not a pressure point) of her right foot with a matching one in exactly the same place on her left, these are also in many other places including palms of the hand and so on! They're painful to touch and appear to be getting inflammed at times.. any help would b greatly appreciated..
