How to join engineer's Ireland without paying a fee?
My friend was in the middle of doing his BA in computer science and some how joined engineer's Ireland in a limited way, without paying any fee.
How was this done? I thought it was strictly for engineering qualifications and that you had to have a qualification to be eligible to join. What are the benefits? |
