Google Adsense

Advice, please - I'm trying to sign up for Google Adsense, but have a slight problem with it.

During the sign-up process it wants me to promise not to use the account to look at Google Books. But because of the nature of my work, I look at Google Books all the time.

Are they serious? What on earth?

I tried giving another address as the one to which payments should be sent - but they seem to have set up the Adsense account on that address instead, whereas it's a blog under the main account I want to use for Adsense.
