Come on lads, where's all the Kyokushin Karate, Shotokan Karate, Kendo, Kung Fu etc guys?...

A photo doesn't have to be of you, or your club - but something which you think show's the spirit of your fighting style, or something funny.

Even throw in some MMA if thats what you do but just browse this forum (once your a participant).

Here's a little youtube clip which I love, I often watch this before training.

This is a pretty good cross section of a lot of the training involved in Sayoc. The only bad part about watching it again is thinking of the lonnnnnng days in that Florida furnace
