Golly thanks for this man. I'd never even heard of this guy until a few mins ago. Gorgeous stuff indeed.

Well, in anticipation of enjoying more of the same I found his web site and lo and behold there's a legally free album to download that from reading his notes may be even more up my street. It's about to make it's way onto my player for a stroll around the block later today along with a tin of coke, bar of dairy milk and a slightly larger than necessary spliff

postscript to today ....
left house will all of the above but forgot glasses so could not read music contents in display so pressed the play next album button and ended up with this little beauty:

Yeah that free album is excellent too... everything I've heard from him is, I have had an Anders evening this evening and gone through a few albums while finishing some poxy work before the weekend!

That sounded like a nice start to the day... I plan a big-feck-off spliff for tonight, coupled with a bottle of red wine... very sophisticated

Nah, I won't even try and dance to full on techno anymore, let alone minimalism! Raving days are over

Great track from Marconi Union called 'Sleepless'. The Post Rock thread reminded me of this gem.

Highly recommend the album it features on 'Distance'.
