guarantor on personal loans

Hey just wondering does anyone know if you need a guarantor on personal loans every time you get a loan of that kind? I mean with banks as I know with the credit unions you don't need a guarantor.

Thanks!

Depends on your circumstances, if your a student with little or no credit history you might be asked to have a guarantor. But if your out working and have credit history its unlikely that you will be asked. They will take your circumstances in to account.
