Hey, (Sorry if this seems like a STUPID question)
I always thought Belfast was the capital of N.I., but two of my friends were giving me some stick when they both said it was the whole county of Antrim. Are they right?, most sources I've looked at say it's Belfast (even though it's just a city)I wasn't sure where to put this thread (sorry if it's in the wrong place) & sorry(again) if this gets on people's nerves, I hear it can be a touchy subject. Anyway, I'd appreciate any info Thanks ... |

Its got bickering politicians, a big wheel, its riddled with traffic wardens and an international airport named after the city thats 15 miles away in another town (so its aspirational at least) - it must be the big smoke 'cos no right thinking populous would tolerate such daftness without the title of capital as compensation.
