Nope. If I was using any messenger it would be MSN.

Why are you asking?

I was discussing the possibility of doing something like this with Double Top except we were talking about using skype.
Basically the idea was to use skype for a video call and put the camera on the board and then use Darts Pro as usual for the scoring.
As the skype is a video call and is pretty reliable plus it would allow us to talk to each other instead of typing a message so the banter would be great.

Its a free download for skype so all people would need is a webcam.

Sorry to barge in on the yahoo thread bud but what do ye think??

Do you need a microphone to use Skype?

Have it installed now. How do you go about adding contacts, is it by username, email?

You need to go to the top of the screen to one of the drop down boxes and find a button called " search for skype users" this will allow you to find people who are online.

The other way is on your contacts page you will see " Add contacts" click this and type the user name of someone on skyp eg. Daffy501 and add them as a contact.

I will go online now and add ya as a contact when i get the request mate

With messenger you can actually have your opponents cam in vision at the side of dartpro when your playing a game. Not sure about skype yet as I've only recently downloaded it and yet to play someone while using it.
