Transport plan comes off the rails as major delays forecast

Major delays forecasted in some of the projects initiated in Transport 21. Maybe it would be a good idea not to block off more of the capitals streets to until such time as a decent alternative becomes available .

On the plus side, I have heard that the crayons used by the DTO in their projections for the Greater Dublin Area were subsequently used by the Department of Transport in their preparations for the Transport 21 launch.

I hope this is a sign of tighter control of administrative costs.
