How to work out a range of validity for a Taylor Series
Hi,
Just a quick one if anybody can help. I need to determine a range of validity for a Taylor Series about 0 for In3+In(1+x/3). Now I know that the range of validity for In(1+x) is -1<x<1 so the range of validity for In(1+x/3) is -3<x<3. Does the constant In3 make a difference to the range of validity for the series? Or is it still -3<x<3? Thanks guys!
