Any way to get old Ros na Rún episodes

Hey I've heard that Ros na Rún is a great learning aid for learning Irish, and wanted to start watching it. Thing is, I get terrible reception here and can't really watch it on TV.

It can be seen on the website but I've encountered nothing but problems trying to stream it from there (Fine with most video sites, just TG4 that's the problem).

Are there any DVD box sets I could get? Failing that, anywhere other than the TG4 website to watch or download it (being able to watch older series would be great too).
Google yields no results.

Hi, I presume you're talking about http://www.tg4.tv/ - I've never encountered problems with this website. Do you have a bad internet connection?

Kinda, but not too bad for other video sites. Might be that I'm running Linux and it appears to be a Windows Media stream, there's probably no problems in Windows Media Player but Windows XP won't recognise my sound card so can't watch with that.

A lot of people have trouble streaming TG4.

On my Vista computer using Firefox I get sound only, with Explorer I don't get either.

Works ok on my old XP computer.

I don't think Rós na Rún is available on DvD, I'm not sure though.

Actually I've just tried the RTE PLAYER and it tells me I'm not living in Ireland.

After a while managed to be able to save the episodes from the TG4 website which is nice, a lot more hassle than downloading from most video sites, though might write a script for it tomorrow.
That I guess solves the streaming problem, but would still like if there was a way to get older episodes, since only a few of the most recent ones are on TG4 and I have a feeling I'll have no clue what's going on.

Will do, though I don't appear to be able to find a suitable email address for it, was thinking of just sending to webmaster@tg4.ie, since most of the email links are either to him or CC'd to him anyway?
