clinical psych/ undergrad thesis help

hi im going into my final year of applied psych in ucc. i intend to go into clinical psych and i know it is really competitive so any advice on how to get relevent work experience as a reseach assistant of assistant psychologist would be greatly appreaciated!!

also, i read your undergrad thesis should relate to clinical psych but i am having a hard time finding a suitable topic for my thesis as i dont know where to start! any help would be great!
