Warts on my neck. Does anyone know what this is? (W/ pics)

About a year and a half ago I started getting wart looking things on the side of my neck. I guess you would call them skin tags. They have recently started growing more and more. I am really self conscious about it now. They don't hurt, but now I'm worried that it may be something serious. Here are pics of my neck.
