Longbow arrows

A mate of mine got a longbow as a present(45lbs) and was wondering does anyone know where you can buy wooden arrows or how much they cost? and is the same spine strength vs poundage system used for longbow arrows or are they universal?

Got mine from flybow.de in Mayo. Really nicely done and customisable colours and shapes on the fletches. If you give them the details of the bow they will recommend the correct spines.
