Totally, it's amazing how good a few words can make you feel! I am not just relying on this like before. I am learning how to appreciate my weight-loss and be proud of myself without othere peoples approval but it can't help bring a smile to my face when somebody comments on it!!

Thank you SO much! I never thought I would be an inspiration to anybody regarding losing weight!! I will definately be keeping an eye! And I wish you all the luck in the world! Once you put your mind to it everything will fall into place.

You have already done the most difficult thing and thats going and facing the gain. Once you do that put it behind you and start afresh. I have gone to weigh in after months of going off the rails and seen + 3st 3lb!! The most important thing for me was plucking up the courage to face it, put it behind me and start again.
Believe me it is a lesson I will not forget! In a way I am glad this happened as I really appreciate it this time and it just puts a different view on everything!!


I have one meeting left before I head away for a week holiday! And that meeting happens to be Tuesday 21st July; My 21st Birthday! I have 3lb left to hit 3stone! My leader said I should try blitz this before my holiday! So my aim is to work my butt of this week!!
My intentions are excellent! So hopefully heres to an incredible week!!

Most possibly the most stressfull day of the year so far!! I think I cryed for about 4hours out of the day!! Could not control myself!! And of course when one thing happens it makes everything else seem awful!!

After work at 1am I was strongly considering going to get a bag of chips, and I think it would have been deserved!

After the Salad today we went to Eddie Rockets for desert and I got a diet coke while the lads got a kit kat sundae and a smarties sunday!! WILLPOWER!!

Sorry to hear that you had a bad day - it can be very hard not to eat when something like that happens and fair dues to you for not eating in Eddie Rockets! Hope that you have a better day today.

Sometimes it's as if the world is testing us, defying us to break our diets! Good on you for only having the diet coke, you probably felt a lot better for that when you got home.

Hi Everyone,

Bit of an exhausting day today didn't get out of work till 1am, stayed talking to my friend till 3am about my horrible day and shed a few more tears! I got home utterly mentally exhausted! I was in work first thing this morning and came home at 5.30 had dinner and fell asleep! Only waking up now!

Cathy; Thanks so much for your comments and your support, it's lovely to hear from you. It's an automatic reaction sometimes to just reward yourself with food. Even today I was coming home to order a takeaway but luckily my mam had made dinner so I didn't!

Caroline; I don't know about skinny but definately thinner!! I havn't anything major planned, dinner and drinks! Heading to Turkey for a week 5days after my birthday! Keep up your good work aswell! Well done on the loss this week! My bad day involves work and a complaint against me! And it's just total lies and at this point he is just bullying me! I got so upset about the whole thing yesterday and just don't know what to do about it! I guess I will have to figure something out!

Dolorous; I think the same!! Yeah I was glad I had the willpower! Believe me it could have went either way!! It's so easy to just not think and eat! I am trying hard though and it can be tough! In a way I am dreading my holiday cause it's gonna be so hard to point food! Think I am going to bring cereal and stuff with me!

Hi Everyone!

Not having a great day food wise, points wise ok.

Thought I'd put up a mini before and after pictures as I'm gettin close to halfway! Not great pics but my dad told me that my whole face has changed so said i'd post em! Also puts a face to things!

Thank you girls! Just thought I'd put it to motivate myself! And a bad day is just that a bad DAY! I can get over it and have come some way. When I look at photos I really notice the difference

Thank you! I have finally learned how to except a compliment! I am over the moon with myself so far. I am finally becoming happy with my body and myself.
