hey Jwacqui

well done on getting this far.. I did WW once before and I was over 15st.. I managed to lose over 2st but I didnt work out much.. so I hit a wall but I never put the weight back on now Im in the gym working hard and Im down 9lbs.. hope to meet my final goal of 10st 10lbs by xmas.. best of luck and keep at it...

Best tip but Im sure you know this already is..
If there is something you really like.. (lets say a tub of WW chocolate ice-cream..which I LOVE) add up your points for the week (20/day by 7 days= 140 in total for the week) and take away the total ice cream pionts average 20 points from the 140.. your left with 120 and then divide that into your 7 days, giving you a total of approx 17 points a day... that way when you have eaten all your points for the day and your still not full or you long for something you can have some ice cream and it wont cost you any points.....Hope you get what I'm talking about..
Best of luck

CK

Hey J!

Good work, you must be delighted with the results Just wondering if you're still eating lots of veg and not writing it down? Your diary looks good points wise but not great healthy eating wise. Even if you can't get to 5 a day it's a good aim to have.

Congratulations so far though.

Hi CathyMoran,
I just want to say thank you so much for your comment and your encouragement. It really means alot and spurs me to keep going.

NervousNude,
I am thrilled with myself so far and I am eventually not thinking about what I have left to lose but what I have already lost and it encourages me so much. I do not get anywhere near my 5 a day and I really need to improve this!! I read your comment earlier and made it my mini aim for today and got 5 in!

I am feeling really great the last two days 4people have commented on my weight and how great I look. Two of them I havnt seen since I began losing weigh so I am thrilled.
I got my hair done as a treat last thursday, went darker with the colour and got a fringe! Believe me it took some deciding and tonnes of people have commented on it and said how much they like it!! This have boosted me so much! I don't think I've had this many compliments EVER!! And it feels fantastic!!
I booked swimming lessons aswell and start tomorrow! Would have never done this at over 17st! Things are changing and all in a good way! I am loving the new me!!

That is great - slowly but surely does it! That way you will keep it off too - you are doing a brilliant job.
