2009 Beginner Courses now on!

Courses are now scheduled for the coming months.
* Next course - Monday 18th May *
More information is available under the "Beginner Courses" link from the left hand menu.
Courses tend to fill up fast so register an interest ASAP!
* Do note that courses are only open to those over 18 due to lack of suitable changing facilities. *
