Looks very clean if a little skangy... but you could clear a real Carina GTi from the UK for less.

That is gorgeous. I would be calling him straight away if I was in a position to run a 2.5-litre. Agree the price is very optimistic, but if it's as well looked after as it appears, the right person will pay over the odds for it.
