2 questions to Barca and other fans

Do you think Pepe would be successful in the Premier League?

Do you think Tito will be successful or is Barca about to enter a barren period and RM dominate for a few years?

Non Barca fan.

Definitely, whether certain clubs would give him enough time though is another question.

Honestly a lot of this depends on Messi and others and how they gets on with Tito once Pep is gone. I'd expect Barca to continue to dominate but who knows. RM will always have the better squad.

Argentinian media now saying Leo's girlfriend has confirmed she's pregnant. Apparently the baby is due some time in September, will be a boy and will be named Tiago. Let's just wait and see if Messi denies the whole thing

He does like the same type of attacking and passing game that Pep played so I can imagine the playing style won't change much, but as Villanova was a very studious AM, I can see him bringing his own style to the Barça game.

Looking forward to seeing what he does with the squad now too. We certainly are lacking in some areas imo. Depth more than anything. If Mou stays, Classicos are going to be err... interesting
Agree with everything. At the very least Mourinho has apologised to Tito, but I lost a lot of respect for him after that.

I just wonder this. Pep pretty much said a year ago that this season would be his last. Was Tito in the loop? Did the continuity start earlier this season?

Re Sgt Pepper
I do believe Pep would be a massive success at almost any club with the right players. But emphasis on the last part. He demands a very, very high level of tactical awareness, and general ability with the ball at your feet. Not to mention the passing rhythm which can't really be thought late in life. To compensate for this?? A big cheque book. So Aresnal or City/Chelsea.

As Gimmick said I reckon Pep and Tito have had an understanding for quiet some time now. Maybe they were spending too much time trying to hide it from the players?

Either way, Tito will be a success. Nothing much will change really but I think we will tighten up a few things and perhaps change 1 or 2 more things to suit certain fancies. Rumours are that Jordi Alba is a priority target in the summer, along with 1 striker and a central defender. So as expected really. Will be interested to see if we go for a big forward or stick to our small guy's? This perhaps will determine the out come of next season imo. I know Villa is expected back but i'd love to see some one with more Ariel ability brought in.

As for out going players.. With Jordi Alba coming in we may very well see Adriano going to Italy or maybe even the Prem. Not sure who would sign him though, his accolades alone warrant a price range of 12-20 M? I also reckon will see one of our wingers leaving at the end of the season depending on how the rest of the season pans out!

Which reminds me.. Haven't we all ran away with ourselves or is that just me? I mean La Liga is still active and we play Rayo Vallenco away tomorrow! Hoping to see some of the big guns rested but we can't underestimate any of the remaining teams. Everyone is fighting for some thing. Wouldn't be at all surprised if Messi started though. Given his and Ronaldo's records this season they will want to play 100% of the time.

Can any one tell me if Argentina have to play any matches this summer??

And finally, on the dust settles on what has been a rather sour week for many Barca fans, I found this and it almost brought a tear to my eye!

Grácies Pep
Visca Barca, Més Que En Club!

Two great videos!

Very strong rumours that Jordi Alba is a done deal now. Price is said to be 13m. I'm not usually into transfer talk, but I think this is a signing that most people are expecting as it is. Positives are he's young, a local, fast, aggressive, good on the ball, good going forward. He's not tall, so a centre-back really has to be a priority. I thought Barça would look for a direct replacement for Abi. As for Adriano, surely this wouldn't necessarily mean he's on the way out? Taking Abi's situation into consideration, we would still only have two left backs.

As for Messi and Argentina, I think they're playing Ecuador at the start of June and he has some charity match mid-June. He and Masche more or less have the summer off from what I can see.

There's a huge chance Messi will be picked for the Olympics

Whatever happened to him actually? I usually just pop in and out of the forums. As some of the arguments are just stupid, but I remember him being a die hard Barca fan
