3.5" vs. 2.5" Hard drives

Just wondering are there any differences (apart from size obviously) between a 3.5" and 2.5" hard drive? Performance wise etc.
Also are pixmania reliable?

Just realized my typo, god I should really start proof reading my posts!

Capacity of 7.2k (spindle speed) 2.5 hard drives goes only up to 200 GB (may be 250 soon).
Capacity of normal 3.5 HD's goes up to 1 TB. And spindle speed available in 7.2, 10, 15k rpm(revolutions per minute).

Is it an external or internal hard drive?

Yes, 320gb is available. But it only comes in 5400 spindle speed, which is too low for me

Hitachi TravelStar 5K500 500GB 5400RPM, 2,5", 8Mb -Demo
I don't like the word demo in the end
Also, according to google 1 080 Swedish kronor = 114.075596 Euros, which is too cheap to be true.
So, I do not know what that demo hard drive is
