Part of a dream i had last night.
I was wandering down the road with a Barbelll. As you do. When i stopped, hang snatched it, and released at full extention.... Bar clocked some guy walking behind me. FYI,It was a red and a green either side. |

I don't think i did an update on the weekend.
I ended up squatting 220kg, benching 140 and pulling 242.5 for a 600+ total.... by the skin of my teeth! I left quite a bit behind on the bench, not just on the day but in the few months training before it. I took a crack off 250 on the DL, and i know it's there, just not after a 220 squat! I'm not really sure where to go from here, and am open to suggestions. I suppose i should go after 2fiddy. And take whatever deadlift comes with that. Whatever i do, i'm going to do it properly anyway. |

Can't be that sure.
I didn't get the book, just looking at chatter. If I was strong I'd do Pulcinellas Push Pull Squat Routine..... ![]() I may or may not just be naming random programmes here. Also: Last edited by d'Oracle; 24-02-2011 at 20:42. |
