Regarding Insurance for a small kit/non pro/non business: most companies household insurance will cover your camera away from home ie. holidays for 1-2 weeks for no extra cost, also some companies you may have to ask to have your kit as a listed item which might cost around 40euro for a 700euro kit to 100euro for 2000euro kit, small price to pay for peace of mind, if your living away from home ie. college your home house insurance should cover you full time you just need to let them know the area or town your stayin in, I asked my own insurance company and this insurance covers you while out and about also, hope this is helpful to someone .

hi,

sorry if this is the wrong place, but here goes:
i just read the how-to-post-a-picture-on-boards instructions and i'm wondering if i can also post a photo without having uploaded it on flickr or the like?
i'm a newbie here and also reaaally bad with pc's, sorry .
