They email you. You log in from the link on the email and choose the lipstick/ gloss you want. I won when the competition first started up so I think there are a lot more people entering it now. I've had no luck since.

Cheers guys, the competition ended up a shambles in the end.. 3 or 4 contestants turned off their cookies and spent the whole day voting for themselves over and over, going from an achievable 500ish posts up to 2100

On the up I won a lipgloss from flake!

That's very unfortunate Elliee. Would you consider complaining to Eircom. After all if they win, it seems they have acquired the prizes dishonestly. I genuinely thought yours was the best one. I voted too!
