were can i get navteq maps for europe - cheap/free

I have an eve-sham Nav-Cam (LIDL) with ireland/UK maps, but european maps would be very handy as i'm off to France in 2 weeks.
Were could i get these without paying over the odds.

ive looked at ebay and doesn't seem to be much.

are there any other websites? and wants the latest version to look out for?
