Bus Éireann usually put up a notice. Its usually a few euros, nothing outrageous.

Monday 12th July from 06:00hrs until 12:00hrs

Please note prepaid tickets for Dublin Bus scheduled services are not valid on Special Event Services.

Special service Departs Claremorris at 08.45 returning from Heuston at 19.15, catering for Castlerea, Roscommon and Athlone.

Special service Departs Sligo at 08.20 returning from Connolly at 18.30 catering for Boyle and Carrick on Shannon.


Meath V Kildare

Extra services from Maynooth to Connolly at 12.00, 13.00 and 14.00 returning from Connolly at 17.25 and 18.05.

Return special from Heuston at 18.50 to Kildare.

Bus Éireann is to once again operate its special services from Galway city to the Galway Races from Monday 26th July 2010 to Sunday, 1st August 2010.

The services will operate between Eyre Square and the Racecourse in Ballyrbit on Monday, Tuesday and Friday from 3pm, on Wednesday from 12noon, and on Thursday, Saturday and Sunday from 11am. There will be return services after the finish of the races each day.

Racegoers can travel to the Races for €6 adult single or €9 adult return, while children can travel for €3 (single) and €5 (return).

Waterford Tall Ships Race

Iarnrod Eireann are adding service from Clonmel (excluding Sunday) and Kilkenny during the Tall Ships.

The Bus Eireann Terminal is being temporarily relocated from Merchants Quay to Ballybricken.

Details can be found on the event website and Irish Rail's site (I don't see anything on buseireann.ie at the moment)
