Anyone into pike fishing. Looking for some spots around the meath / cavan area - can anyone help. Ill be doing it from the shore too

Has anyone been out pike fishing lately. Looking to find some hotspots around the meath/cavan area.
Any pointers would be very much appreciated

been about a bit, i never really go to cavan, although i did see a huge pike taken from ramor - on a boat though...
derry lake always gets me pike only jacks though, up to about 7lb..
rahans is good too, my mate hada 16lber last year ...
ballyohe has thrown up a couple of 20s for me in the past..
and i heard muckno is good, but i never made it there.
