I was just watching an old repeat of a season 1 episode where Theresa "loses" Ryans baby and Ryan goes back to the OC. But it implies she was lying and that she didnt really lose the baby. Ive only picked it up in season3 so what happened to the baby or between Ryan and Theresa since?

Nothing happened, just another loose end which they can pick up at a later date if they need it. Theresa told ryan she lost the baby and ryan leaves and goes back to the Cohens
