Hey all,

Is anyone here familar with any index linked funds(esp: the ftse and the isex) provided by irish banks or stockbrokers. I can't seem to find any for the ordinary investor with small capital i.e around 10000.
Also, does anyone have any experience with Quinn direct, if so what are your opinions.

You might want to consider buying ETF's as opposed to buying into the index linked fund.

The ETF should track the underlying index,there are no min requirements or management fees or minimum holding periods.They are just like shares in the way they are traded.AFAIK

ISF.L is the ticker for the FTSE 100
MIDD.L is the ticker for the FTSE 250

cant remember the Irish ETF ticker.

Any good broker should be able to advise you.
