Got a new digital tv card for my computer but am having a problem. All channels are picked up fine but when I try and watch the channels in the highest frequency band the picture is very jerky. I am assuming it is a software problem cause if it was hardware I would not see anything at all.

Please Help

Please tell us what type of TV Card you have and also what type of Graphics Card you have...

Sorry. It's an ati x800xt graphics card. The tv card is a k-world xpert dtv dvb-t.
