Does anybody know about an Irish bodybuilding contest in September?

There was one on last year and I know theres another one on this year, I just dont know the name of it. Anyway, if anyone knows about it, what would the standards for the contest be? Like, what weight and body fat and arm size and so on would a person be expected to come in at to do decently in it? Thanks

It's the NABBA Mr. Ireland competition. There's four weight classes, a Junior class and a novice class. standard tends to be pretty high, untested competition, you're looking at around 3-5% bodyfat for most serious contenders. The novice class last September was a mix of real newcomers and those who had a fair idea of what they were up to, but once you get into the 'proper' classes the standard shoots up, and there's some guys in damn good nick on stage. I know of two of the blokes who won/ ranked v highly in their class went on to do the Olympia later in the year.

The NABBA website is here

Hmmm...here's something that may be of interest to people who follow BBing. This is from the nabba.com website:

June 10
NABBA WORLD BODYBUILDING CHAMPIONSHIPS
DUBLIN, REPUBLIC OF IRELAND
Men, Women, Masters Men, Junior Men (ages 16-21),
Ladies Figure,Women's Fitness, Couples (Mixed Pairs)

http://www.nabba.com/schedule.cfm

For what sounds like a major competition in the not-too-distant future, I've heard nothing about it.
