It's next to worthless/useless given it's age and spec. I hope you don't have any major plans for it.

Agreed, not sure what you would do with it. Would probably struggle to load most modern web pages.

15.6 inch screen.
Intel Pentium dual core t4300 processor.
4gb ddr2
3 usb ports, hdmi slot, memory card reader.
think the graphics is mobile 4 intel family or something like that, nothing amazing anyway.
New battery bought at christmas.
There is also a gash in the top corner of the screen bezel where it fell and broke the screen but i obviously have put a new one on it.

anyone have any idea what it'd be worth thinking of selling to upgrade.

Just wondering how much an S-IPS 2007WFP is worth?
It's mint, apart from a stuck sub-pixel in the top left corner which displays red on a 100% black background (normal otherwise) - I only noticed after nearly 2 years of use so its practically invisible.

I was thinking about upgrading to a U2711
