is anyone else having this problem?
Basically, when I get killed, I can't respawn again. I have to change teams or go into spectator mode and then back onto my team...
It only happens sometimes, but its really annoying when it does cos i can't get a good game.
Anyone know a fix?

try typing -reload -attack or -duck in the console

That happens to me sometimes but -reload doesn't help. Or any of the attack or crouch commands. In fact I tried almost every game command I know and nothing happened. When it does this I have to switch to the other team, choose a class, spawn, then change back to my own team every time I die.

BTW its only been happening these last two patches.
