IDA to open childcare centres in business parks

Five new childcare facilities with 450 places are to be provided in selected IDA business parks around the country.

Following public tender, successful applicants have been chosen to provide the childcare service on parks in Athlone (Garrycastle), Galway (Parkmore), Tullamore, Kilkenny and Cork.

The five centres will involve an investment by the private providers of about €7 million.
