Grinds in Students Home? Yes
Contact Name: Steven Kelly
Email: stevenkellyrn @ gmail . com (e-mail if you're interested, my mobile number can be given to you then - don't like sharing it online!)

Hi, my name is Steven Kelly, I'm 19 (almost 20) years old and I'm from Mullingar, Co. Westmeath. I received an A2 in my Leaving Cert Biology in 2013 and I'm currently going into my 2nd year of Psychiatric & Mental Health Nursing in Trinity College Dublin - so I'm well up to date on my biology knowledge! I am very familiar with the layout and marking schemes of both the Higher and Ordinary level papers.

This is my first year giving grinds. I charge €15 for 1 hour, 30 minutes. The topic that is covered during this time each session is up to you, although I need to know a day or two beforehand so that I can prepare my notes, questions, etc.

I will also, if the student wishes, prepare a mock examination for them to sit in December and April (as most mocks in school are held in February). I charge €30 per student for preparing the exam, supervising you for the three hours, correcting it and giving you detailed feedback.

I am available on Saturdays and Sundays only. Hope to hear from some of you! Any questions, please e-mail me or PM me on here. Thank you

I am just inquiring, it may sound like a stupid question but is it possible to start advertising yourself to give grinds even though your not a teacher or have any related qualifications? And is it all Legal etc.. I repeated my Leaving Cert this year and I would be offering to give Biology, Chemistry and Agricultural Science grinds to students. I have a very good knowledge of the Courses, Exam Papers and Marking Schemes.
My 2014 results were:
AGRICULTURAL SCIENCE: A1
BIOLOGY: A2
CHEMISTRY: A2
I am also going to be doing Health Science with Nutrition in Athlone IT starting next week which is predominately Biology and Chemistry based.

Lots of people advertising here are not teachers and many have no Garda clearance. It's up to people if they want to avail of their services, knowing that.

Rates:First grind free!; €20-€25(depending on travel costs)

I am currently studying engineering in UCD and received 565 points in my leaving cert, including an A1 in Maths and Applied Maths and an A2 in Physics and Accounting.

You may be unsure as to whether I'm the right tutor for you, so the first grind is a free trial, and it's completely up to you whether you keep them up after that!
