Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    Hi All,
    Hope you are all still in great form following the weekend past Cage Warriors event. :)

    I would like to make an open invitation to a strikefest Muay Thai seminar which is taking place this saturday 23rd of August in Dublin with none other than our very own Stephen"La Flama Blanca" Meleady.

    Warrior MMA are very pleased and honoured to have Stephen down for this seminar as it will be the only seminar he will do in Ireland before returning to Bangkok.

    Stephen has just fought Saenchai ,the Cassius Clay of Muay Thai, last weekend at a huge event in Cork and he has been living in Bangkok for the past number of years as a professional fighter and fighting the best in the game but he returns to live in Thailand in the next few days.

    To name but a few.
    Stephen is fighting out of Bridgestone Muay Thai in Dublin and Kiatpetch gym in Bangkok Thailand
    His is EUROPEAN WMC Muay Thai Champion
    Irish Muay Thai Champion
    Has fought for World Titles and fought all around the world.
    He is also ranked in the top ten in Lumpinee Stadium in Bangkok and if you know your Muay Thai then you know how hard that is to achieve.

    The 2 hour seminar will be hosted by Warrior MMA based on the BallyBogan Road in Glasnevin in Dublin at 15:00- 17:00 and will include drills, techniques and a few skills that could just make the difference to your arsenal when it comes to your striking game.

    We will do our best to accomodate everybody but a good number of people are due down so places will be limited. The cost of the seminar is 25:00 euros

    I would say the seminar is for those who are a customed to training at a high level and know how to strike so it goes with out saying bring you training gear.

    Novice level attendees will be accomodated as best as we can.

    The date is this Saturday 23rd of August

    The time of the seminar is 15:00 - 17:00
