Hi all,
Vanilla are planning an update to the site on April 24th (next Wednesday). It is a major PHP8 update which is expected to boost performance across the site. The site will be down from 7pm and it is expected to take about an hour to complete. We appreciate your patience during the update.

    any chance I could get a copy of the Astec 63 installation manual?

    The alarm in my apartment is reporting a SAB (5A6) fault, and I'd like to read up on what this means. Also, having put it into engineer mode, I'm not so sure how to exit ;)

    Hi goan,

    I tried to reply to your P.M. but you have disabled them. It sounds like you have blown one of the fuses on the circuit board. If you have a meter can you check them and replace any blown fuse if necessary.
